Meet Mr.Vignesh Nehru
Ar.Vignesh Nehru, a native Thanjavur, began his career in the architecture and construction industryin2008. He began by working for a prominent custom homebuilder, involving himself in all facets of home construction.
It was through this experience he first realized his passion for the industry,and his desire to learn more.
After receiving his Architectural degree, Ar. Vignesh Nehru worked for some of South most prestigious architectural firms, during whichtime he assisted in the design and construction of numerous residential and commercial projects.

The concept of BIM has been in development since the 1970s, but it only became an agreed term in the early 2000s. The development of standards and the adoption of BIM has progressed at different speeds in different countries.
My goal is to create a virtual representation that mirrors the physical building as closely as possible, allowing for precise planning and execution.
BIM can bridge the information loss associated with handing a project from design team, to construction team and to building owner/operator, Managing and coordinating the digital processes associated with the design and construction stages of a project.
